Une cuvée à dominante de grenache, complété de syrah, longuement élevé en demi-muids pendant vingt mois. Le résultat est un vin rouge profond, au nez soutenu de fruits rouges mêlés de saveurs animales et vanillées. La bouche, bien équilibrée, longue, généreuse et fruitée, s’adosse à une bonne charpente qui assurera à ce 2008 une garde de deux ou trois ans.
An assemblage of predominantly Grenache coupled with Syrah, matured at length in demi-muids over twenty months. The result is a deeply coloured wine, whose nose expresses red fruits mingled with flavours of vanilla yet with a wild ‘savage’ edge. The well balanced, long generous and fruity palate is supported by a good structure which assures this 2008 a cellaring potential of two or three years.
